What you will do
- Own and manage Braze as the primary lifecycle marketing platform, including advanced personalization and reporting
- Design, launch, and optimize marketing and transactional lifecycle journeys across activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation
- Define and track lifecycle KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Plan and execute A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to improve lifecycle marketing effectiveness
- Ensure lifecycle communications are scalable, compliant, and effective across multiple languages and markets
- Act as a strategic partner influencing roadmap priorities and growth initiatives
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in CRM, lifecycle, engagement, or retention marketing roles
- Hands-on experience with Braze or similar CRM automation platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to define KPIs and translate data into actionable insights
- Proven ability to own complex lifecycle systems end-to-end
- Experience managing multi-language lifecycle programs in international environments
- Fluent English required

- Experience in fintech, investments, or regulated industries
- Background in marketing analytics, experimentation, or data-driven growth
- Familiarity with customer data models and collaboration with data engineering teams
