What you will do
- Own regional strategy and MGR accountability for Marketing-sourced members, subscriptions, and churn.
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans, including impact forecasts, and be responsible for key KPIs across all channels.
- Apply advanced analytical skills and business acumen to proactively identify regional growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
- Partner with key local stakeholders to manage cross-functional initiatives and champion the End-user Marketing team in regional forums.
- Oversee the creation of all marketing assets and be responsible for campaign segmentation setup in Braze.
- Foster a creative environment to identify and test innovative ways to overcome challenges and drive growth.
Requirements
- Reside in the Manhattan Area with availability to go to the office when requested.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- 4-5 years experience in B2C marketing, CRM, or customer lifecycle management.
- Experience managing a direct report.
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to testing and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with advanced CRM tools (ideally Braze or equivalent like Klaviyo/Oracle).
- Fluent English is mandatory, French is a plus.
