TL;DR

Director Of Sales (Saas): Lead and develop high-performing sales teams across the Central-West coast US regions to drive revenue growth and optimize sales processes with an accent on strategic sales leadership, territory management, and customer retention. Focus on designing and executing national sales strategies, coaching sales managers, and collaborating cross-functionally to maximize revenue and customer success.

Location: Remote - US, with hubs in San Francisco and Toronto, and presence in Los Angeles, Seattle, Portland, Denver, San Diego, San Jose

Salary: $170K base plus commission and equity

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and optimize sales processes.
  • Lead and coach Sales Managers and Account Executives to foster a high-performance sales culture.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success leadership to maximize customer retention and expansion.
  • Design and implement territory management strategies for optimal market coverage.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategies and report to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience managing large, direct sales teams nationwide.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and improve win rates.
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle sales processes and CRM systems with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities to build and retain high-performing teams.
  • Strong business acumen and financial literacy to contribute to overall business strategy.
  • Must be based in the US or able to work remotely within the US.
