What you will do
- Own annual and quarterly planning processes including quota-setting, capacity, territory design, and revenue forecasting for SMB and Enterprise businesses.
- Build and refine complex analytical models to provide insights on revenue impact and GTM efficiency.
- Analyze sales productivity, market trends, and funnel dynamics to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance to support quota and target setting and resource allocation.
- Develop presentations, dashboards, and reports to communicate business health and growth levers.
- Identify and resolve policy and process gaps to improve planning lifecycle governance.
Requirements
- Must be located in Canada (excluding Québec) or the US or willing to work remotely from these locations
- 3+ years experience in Consulting, Revenue Operations, or Finance, preferably in SaaS with GTM planning expertise.
- Strong communication skills with ability to prepare executive-level presentations and strategy documents.
- Analytical mindset with fluency in data and metrics to extract insights and tell compelling stories.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities and collaborate across functions without formal authority.
