Gtm & Capacity Planning Manager (Saas): Lead fiscal year sales planning and capacity management to connect GTM strategy with revenue growth. Location: Remote across Canada (excluding Québec) or the US, or hybrid in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto offices

Salary: $109,100–$147,500 USD

What you will do

  • Own annual and quarterly planning processes including quota-setting, capacity, territory design, and revenue forecasting for SMB and Enterprise businesses.
  • Build and refine complex analytical models to provide insights on revenue impact and GTM efficiency.
  • Analyze sales productivity, market trends, and funnel dynamics to identify growth opportunities and risks.
  • Drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance to support quota and target setting and resource allocation.
  • Develop presentations, dashboards, and reports to communicate business health and growth levers.
  • Identify and resolve policy and process gaps to improve planning lifecycle governance.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Canada (excluding Québec) or the US or willing to work remotely from these locations
  • 3+ years experience in Consulting, Revenue Operations, or Finance, preferably in SaaS with GTM planning expertise.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to prepare executive-level presentations and strategy documents.
  • Analytical mindset with fluency in data and metrics to extract insights and tell compelling stories.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities and collaborate across functions without formal authority.
