• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, and Architects to validate POCs and roll out new solutions.
• Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge Salesforce technologies including Agentforce (AI Agents) and Data Cloud.
• Drive advanced standardization and automation using tools like Flow to meet evolving business needs.

Requirements

• Must be located onsite in Chicago or Peoria, Illinois, United States.
• Strong business analysis skills with ability to translate company goals into Salesforce roadmap.
• Experience in decision making and backlog prioritization using logical frameworks.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and software product business knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical limitations and business risks to executives.
• Visa sponsorship is not available; must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
