Product Manager (Procurement)

Product Manager (Procurement): Driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for hirify.global's Procurement product, leading a team to build products that serve thousands of businesses with an accent on purchase orders, three-way match, receiving, and inventory management. Focus on expanding product capabilities and leveraging data and customer feedback for iteration and evolution.

Location: Must be comfortable with working in-person at one of our NYC or SF offices at least 2 days/week

Salary: $170K - $325K

What you will do

• Match customer understanding with business goals to deliver great products and experiences alongside a team of world-class designers and engineers.
• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for hirify.global’s core procurement offering – including purchase orders, three-way match, receiving, and inventory management.
• Help thousands of finance teams on hirify.global more successfully manage their finances by expanding the capabilities of our product.
• Leverage data and customer feedback to constantly iterate and evolve product offerings, disambiguating the signal from the noise for the core product experience.
• Contribute to the vision, strategy, and processes that allow hirify.global to grow the product management function as hirify.global scales.

Requirements

• BA/BS in a technical or analytical field.
• Minimum 3 years product management experience.
• Strong customer empathy and design thinking.
• Fluency in data and how to make data-driven product decisions.
• Experience evaluating product decisions and prioritization trade-offs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence small teams of engineers & designers toward a common goal.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and large cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth startups.
• Experience building products with significant AI component, bonus if leveraging LLMs.
• Experience building consumer, financial products, or problem spaces requiring complex systems thinking.
