What you will do

• Lead implementation projects from kickoff to go-live, ensuring milestones and quality.
• Develop and track mutual action plans tailored to customer goals.
• Coordinate resources internally and externally to remove blockers.
• Partner with customers to set up data infrastructure, integrations, dashboards, and prompts.
• Support change management and organizational adoption of insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Data teams.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years experience in customer-facing GTM SaaS implementation management.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Technical aptitude for integrations, data tracking, and analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Comfortable working onsite at San Francisco HQ in a fast-paced startup environment.
