Salary: $190,000 - $240,000 base + Equity + Benefits

What you will do

• Develop and iterate on a product vision with input from customers, the revenue team, and the market.
• Drive company-level goals and closely track against business metrics.
• Partner closely with Engineering and Design to drive projects from ideation to launch.
• Engage with users daily to keep a pulse on the product in the hirify.global Community Slack.
• Measure the impact of every release using data-powered insights.

Requirements

• Must have 8+ years of experience building SaaS products for Enterprise customers.
• Experience building for different clients (Chrome extensions, Windows/Mac apps).
• Deep understanding of the customer and ability to translate business and user questions.
• Strong POV and ability to discern good products from great.
• Ability to thrive in autonomy and shape the product.
