What you will do

  • Develop core inbound systems for lead capture, enrichment, routing, scheduling, and AI-driven qualification.
  • Define product vision and roadmap for inbound, aligning with outbound and other workflows.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data, marketing, sales, and RevOps teams to deliver product features.
  • Engage with customers to understand inbound demand capture and conversion challenges.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics such as speed to lead and lead-to-meeting conversion.
  • Drive product delivery from discovery through launch and adoption.

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, lead management, or workflow automation products
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions with limited data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer empathy for Marketing, Sales, and RevOps personas
  • Location: Must be based in the United States for remote work

Nice to have

  • Experience building or scaling early-stage products from 0 to 1
  • Ability to lead cross-functional business and product vision
  • Experience with multi-product platforms and shared workflows
  • Strong product taste and creative problem solving
  • Startup or high-ownership environment experience
