Location: Remote from Romania, with frequent travel across Europe and occasional global trips.

What you will do

  • Train, lead, and coach a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in identifying and researching prospective clients.
  • Act as a player-coach by owning a small set of leads to model effective prospecting and opportunity advancement.
  • Develop and enforce scalable call and email cadences for outreach efficiency.
  • Conduct weekly 1:1s and performance evaluations, focusing on coaching and skill-building.
  • Identify and recommend improvements in processes, tools, and workflows to enhance productivity.
  • Manage Salesforce lead queue, reporting, and data analysis to ensure pipeline accuracy.
  • Achieve quarterly targets while fostering a culture of discipline and high performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in Sales Development or Account Management within a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
  • Proven track record as a top-performing Senior SDR or Account Manager, consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Prior Team Lead experience in Sales Development is highly desirable, or demonstrated strong leadership potential.
  • Comfortable in a player-coach environment, confident in rolling up your sleeves and owning a pipeline of leads.
  • Strong familiarity with sales tech stack tools such as Salesforce, Gong, SalesLoft/Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and data-driven in managing pipeline performance, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
