What you will do
- Engage potential customers mainly through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn to generate sales appointments.
- Communicate hirify.global’s value to prospects and support their understanding of cybersecurity solutions.
- Collaborate with Account Executives across Europe to progress sales opportunities.
- Meet daily and weekly activity metrics and maintain accurate CRM records using Salesforce and Outreach.
- Invest in personal development through training and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Location: Must work hybrid with minimum 3 days per week in Bucharest office, Romania
- English: Proficient (B2) required
- Desire to work in tech sales and achieve targets.
- Good communication skills and ability to build rapport at all organizational levels.
- Self-motivated with effective time management skills.
- Basic aptitude for technology; SaaS sales experience is a plus but not required.
