What you will do

  • Manage and coach a team of high-performing Sales Development Representatives.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize SDR processes for outbound prospecting.
  • Leverage data and performance metrics to monitor team productivity and continuously improve results.
  • Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional peers to drive business outcomes.
  • Hire, onboard, develop, and retain top SDR talent, supporting career progression.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Development or SaaS sales with a consistent track record of top performance.
  • At least 1 year of management experience.
  • Familiarity with Gong.io, Outreach, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Sendoso, and Builtwith.
  • Proven track record in creating, delivering, and training successfully with measurable results in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong ability to summarize and communicate complex ideas into curriculum.
  • Passion for coaching and educating others.
  • Strong process and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and create improvements.
