What you will do
- Generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and timely follow-up.
- Engage key decision-makers and introduce hirify.global’s product suite to book discovery calls.
- Manage and progress early-stage Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to maintain a strong pipeline.
- Document activities, insights, and lead interactions accurately in CRM tools.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for discovery calls and qualified opportunities.
- Work closely with regional Sales, Marketing, and Channel teams to align on territory plans.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS.
- Experience selling into or engaging prospects in Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand markets.
- Strong communication skills, especially when speaking with senior decision-makers.
- Natural curiosity with strong questioning skills to uncover genuine business needs.
- Resilient, coachable, and comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.
