Sales Development Representative (Customer Experience): Generating new business opportunities and qualifying leads for Account Executives with an accent on strategic prospecting and timely follow-up within the SAEGC region. Focus on engaging key decision-makers, uncovering business needs, and managing early-stage leads to maintain a strong pipeline.

Location: Hybrid in Singapore. Focused on Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam markets.

What you will do

  • Generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and timely follow-up.
  • Engage key decision-makers and introduce hirify.global’s product suite to book discovery calls.
  • Manage and progress early-stage Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to maintain a strong pipeline.
  • Document activities, insights, and lead interactions accurately in CRM tools.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for discovery calls and qualified opportunities.
  • Work closely with regional Sales, Marketing, and Channel teams to align on territory plans.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS.
  • Experience selling into or engaging prospects in Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand markets.
  • Strong communication skills, especially when speaking with senior decision-makers.
  • Natural curiosity with strong questioning skills to uncover genuine business needs.
  • Resilient, coachable, and comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.
