What you will do
- Recruit, hire, and onboard a high-performing SDR team fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Design and operate an AI-powered tech stack for pipeline generation, automating workflows and refining engagement strategies.
- Own SDR pipeline targets and collaborate with Account Executives to optimize lead flow and conversion efficiency.
- Create and execute data-driven outbound playbooks combining automation, personalization, and creativity.
- Coach daily on prospecting fundamentals and leverage performance data to guide team development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine targeting, campaign strategy, and reporting, driving SMB sales growth.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid work from New York City office
- 5+ years B2B SaaS experience including 1-3+ years SDR/BDR management.
- Experience with AI and automation platforms like Clay, Gong, Momentum.
- Proven success building and coaching high-performing SDR teams exceeding targets.
- Expertise in Salesforce hygiene, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a builder’s mentality.
