What you will do
- Own and exceed sales targets while managing your own sales budget
- Lead and coach a team of Account Executives and working students to high performance
- Drive pipeline growth through metrics-driven leadership and collaboration with Marketing and RevOps
- Run weekly pipeline reviews and support deal execution with process discipline
- Promote continuous improvement via testing, optimization, and best practice sharing
- Serve as a cultural anchor fostering speed, teamwork, and commitment
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or near Munich, Germany
- 5+ years SaaS sales experience with team lead responsibility in high-velocity environments
- Proven track record of exceeding B2B sales targets
- Strong coaching and team scaling skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
- Performance-driven mindset with KPI focus
