Esports & Partnership Marketing Manager (Gaming): Driving the esports marketing strategy for hirify.global G in Europe, focusing on building athlete/team rosters and executing campaigns to secure brand leadership. Focus on developing local strategies, managing major projects, and building marketing and brand partnerships across Europe.

Location: Hybrid, with 2–3 days per week in the office. Must be based in one of our offices in Barcelona, Paris, or London.

What you will do

• Drive the esports marketing strategy in the region by building a strong roster of teams/athletes and running marketing campaigns.
• Support local teams with developing and managing relationships with esports teams, athletes, and communities within Europe.
• Handle negotiations, develop frameworks, and manage processes for smooth operations between hirify.global G and partners.
• Drive marketing campaigns, product launches, brand, and product content deployment targeting esports and hardcore gamers.
• Build strategies to integrate professional athletes and organizations in hirify.global G programs.
• Develop marketing and brand partnerships throughout Europe to increase brand awareness and boost conversions.

Requirements

• Experience developing marketing programs from inception through execution.
• 3+ years experience in esports or other sports marketing roles in game publishers or esports related companies.
• Deep understanding of esports and how to build effective gaming communications.
• Strong networking, organizational, and program management skills.
• Experience working with and managing external agencies.
• Fluency in English is a must.
