What you will do

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to structure strategic deals, advise on pricing and discounting, and support quote creation.
  • Review non-standard deal requests and provide recommendations aligned with company goals.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, deal approval processes, and maintain Salesforce system accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and MIS teams to remove roadblocks and accelerate deal cycles.
  • Own and maintain Salesforce data quality for closed deals and enforce deal hygiene standards.
  • Analyze deal patterns and pricing trends to identify efficiency and profitability improvements.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or near London, United Kingdom with hybrid work model
  • 2+ years experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or similar role in SaaS/B2B industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools like Tableau.
  • Experience working with cross-functional, multi-national teams.
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • University degree required; startup experience preferred.
