What you will do

  • Team up with resellers and the sales team to introduce hirify.global subscriptions to new customers.
  • Find ideal partners, qualify leads, and close deals.
  • Help partners boost their revenue alongside hirify.global's.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with partners.
  • Ensure partners thrive with hirify.global for years.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Channel Sales and Account Management for the IT industry, especially with SaaS.
  • Proven knowledge of Value Added Reseller (VAR) channels and strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in launching and and helping new partnerships flourish in terms of growth and revenue.
  • Excellent written, verbal, listening, and presenting communication skills, with a natural ability to resolve conflicts.
  • Strong organizational skills for tracking, reporting, and following up with different teams.
  • Ability to work seamlessly with a team or independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
