What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth by owning the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and qualification through to closing and activation.
  • Engage regularly with Controllers, VPs of Finance, and CFOs to champion hirify.global.
  • Conduct consultative and strategic selling, understanding prospect pain points and mapping them to hirify.global' solutions.
  • Sell to senior finance decision-makers, navigating complex organizational structures and buying processes in the Mid-Market & Enterprise space.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Shape the Go-to-Market growth strategy and contribute directly to revenue goals as one of the first Account Executives.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of full-cycle, quota-carrying SaaS AE experience at a high-growth startup or scale-up, selling complex B2B SaaS to Mid-Market or Enterprise customers.
  • Experience selling into the Office of the CFO, ideally financial reporting, planning, ERP, or close automation tools.
  • Flawless sales execution, including prospecting, qualifying, discovery, tailoring demos, negotiating, and closing.
  • Strong product acumen to quickly understand complex tools and explain them compellingly to finance and technical stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial energy, thriving in ambiguity and bringing structure where needed.
  • Consistent record of exceeding quota and standing out in high-performance environments.
