What you will do
- Serve as main contact for geographic territory, preserving and developing customer relationships.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales, Product Specialists, and Customer Success to drive product adoption and revenue expansion.
- Research accounts, identify champions, and gather business requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Manage leads, opportunities, and account data in Salesforce.
- Travel periodically for client onsite visits.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work hybrid with office presence in Toronto, Canada
- 5+ years successful B2B software sales experience.
- Proven consultative and solution-based sales skills.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Ability to manage pipeline and forecasting effectively.
- BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred.
