TL;DR

Commercial Account Manager (Sales): Manage and expand strategic mid-size accounts by driving renewals, upsells, and cross-sells with an accent on customer relationship development and revenue growth. Focus on coordinating cross-functional teams, pipeline management, and achieving sales targets in a hybrid role based in Toronto.

Location: Hybrid with in-office expectation 2 days a week in Toronto, Canada

Salary: 100,800 - 138,600 CAD annually

What you will do

  • Serve as main contact for geographic territory, preserving and developing customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales, Product Specialists, and Customer Success to drive product adoption and revenue expansion.
  • Research accounts, identify champions, and gather business requirements.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Manage leads, opportunities, and account data in Salesforce.
  • Travel periodically for client onsite visits.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work hybrid with office presence in Toronto, Canada
  • 5+ years successful B2B software sales experience.
  • Proven consultative and solution-based sales skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to manage pipeline and forecasting effectively.
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred.
