What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with agency or direct clients as their primary contact
- Create end-to-end strategies based on client business and technical needs to unlock new opportunities
- Act as a strategic advisor sharing industry trends and best practices
- Monitor client performance data and provide recommendations to achieve revenue goals
- Lead RFP responses, strategic business reviews, and manage client prospect meetings through deal closure
- Troubleshoot monetization and technical issues with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or near Toronto, Canada with hybrid work schedule
- English: Fluent (C1) required
- 4-6 years experience in account management or sales in digital advertising or agency environment
- Strong knowledge of Canadian digital landscape and client relationship management
- Proven ability to manage full sales cycle including prospecting, negotiation, and closing
- Experience with Excel, Google Suite, Salesforce, and analytics platforms (Tableau preferred)
