What you will do

• Lead and ensure success of complex enterprise projects and teams of Delivery and Product Managers.
• Plan and organise governance, stakeholder meetings, and resource management.
• Coach and train team members, supporting their career development.
• Improve and roll out delivery governance frameworks and tools.
• Build strong client relationships and manage project risks and dependencies.
• Contribute to group-wide knowledge sharing and promote delivery culture.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or near London with hybrid work setup
• Minimum 5 years experience as Delivery Manager on complex technical projects including cloud migration.
• Experience with agile time & materials and fixed cost projects.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Ability to thrive in complex technical environments.
