What you will do

• Adapt, retire, or integrate existing assessment systems with digital solutions to ensure end-to-end processes.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for digital assessment systems and ensure accurate data flow.
• Develop expert knowledge of systems, policies, and processes, implementing necessary changes for smooth transitions.
• Plan and deliver stakeholder communications, staff training, and operational support for implementation.
• Support planning and execution of Business Continuity Plans (BCP), contingency, and rollback strategies.
• Post-implementation, collaborate with assessment leadership to provide early-life support and drive future digital efficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with significant experience in assessment operations, educational measurement, or education.
• Proven track record in leading organizational change and continuous improvement.
• Strong business acumen with expertise in budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Advanced knowledge of assessment operations, digital assessment systems, and emerging educational technologies.
• Experience in system change management and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Skilled in developing and implementing SOPs for digital and paper-based assessments.
• Office presence is required twice per week in Cardiff, United Kingdom.
