What you will do

• Lead post-technical win account strategy and execution plans for hirify.global use cases in strategic customers
• Serve as the accountable technical leader for multiple use cases and customers, driving onboarding, enablement, and healthy consumption
• Coordinate internal teams and resources including Professional Services and Product Engineering to accelerate production adoption
• Develop and execute comprehensive execution plans covering use case progression, user growth, product adoption, and governance
• Provide KPI reporting and updates on customer health, risks, and product adoption status
• Engage with Solutions Architects and sales teams to align on customer demand and growth plans

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near London, United Kingdom
• English: B2 level or higher
• 10+ years of experience in technical project/program delivery in Data and AI domains
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala
• Experience in customer-facing technical architecture, pre-sales, or consulting roles
• Strong program and stakeholder management skills with ability to handle complex escalations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
