What you will do

• Proactively drive the continuous delivery lifecycle and empower teams to achieve their goals.
• Assess and continuously improve delivery processes using DORA metrics and similar frameworks.
• Coordinate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations to align technical delivery with business strategy and compliance.
• Ensure that delivery practices consistently support stability, risk management, and performance for mission-critical trading systems.
• Partner with compliance teams for regulatory requirements, proper documentation, and auditability.
• Line manage QA engineers, manage the QA automation roadmap, and drive improvements to automated regression and integrated testing processes.

Requirements

• Proven track record of working in an engineering-led organization applying modern Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP).
• Demonstrated expertise in applying DORA metrics and similar industry frameworks to measure, evaluate, and improve delivery processes.
• Deep understanding of how large-scale, high-reliability software systems are designed, tested, deployed, and operated.
• Experience coordinating across Product Managers, Engineers, Architects, QA, DevOps, and compliance stakeholders.
• Must be based and work along CET timezone hours (or maximum +/- 2 hours deviation).

Nice to have

• Certifications in Agile, Lean, or related iterative software delivery methodologies.
• Project management qualifications.
• Expertise in using delivery performance frameworks (e.g., DORA, Accelerate).
• Background in high-performance, regulated environments such as finance, crypto, DeFi, or algorithmic trading.
• Background and understanding of trading and financial markets.
