What you will do

• Lead complex, high-profile client implementations and multi-project portfolios.
• Provide oversight and guidance to Delivery Managers and project teams.
• Develop and implement delivery strategies, standards, and best practices.
• Build and maintain executive-level client relationships and manage escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies and operational efficiency.
• Mentor and develop delivery teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Requirements

• 6+ years of project management or client delivery experience with 3+ years managing multiple projects.
• Proven track record of large-scale software implementations and executive client management.
• Advanced project management skills and certifications (PMP, PgMP preferred).
• Willingness to travel up to 20-40% domestically and internationally.
• Fluent English required (job posting in English, level B2 assumed).
• Location preference for North America (ET) or Europe (GMT/CET) with hybrid work.
