What you will do

• Own and manage the regional marketing plan aligned with sales, marketing, and channel teams to increase pipeline and customer engagement.
• Drive innovative marketing executions to increase awareness and thought leadership in the Americas region.
• Develop and deliver creative audience programs and events to boost engagement and pipeline.
• Leverage channel and strategic alliance marketing initiatives to scale execution across territories.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with GTM leaders and stakeholders with regular reporting and alignment.
• Manage operational systems, processes, and data ensuring accuracy and fiscal responsibility.

Requirements

• Must have 5-8 years of marketing experience in demand generation, field, or partner marketing in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Demonstrable knowledge of the US market and regional marketing experience working with sales, channel, and marketing teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across all stakeholder levels.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and AI marketing use cases is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, marketing, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
