What you will do
- Own and optimize lead flow and routing operations across systems (HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Partner with Marketing, Sales Ops, and Data Science to drive marketing performance strategy and funnel conversion.
- Monitor and safeguard marketing data integrity, proactively resolving anomalies.
- Translate data into actionable operational strategies to improve marketing ROI and GTM efficiency.
- Establish proactive insights cadences for funnel health reviews to inform leadership.
- Continuously optimize and automate the Martech stack, implementing AI-driven solutions.
- Align stakeholders across GTM teams to ensure consistency in lead quality and campaign attribution.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Marketing Operations, Strategy, or RevOps within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Expertise in HubSpot workflows, automation, reporting, and integrations.
- Strong Salesforce experience, managing integrations, objects, and reporting.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of lead scoring, routing logic, and funnel optimization best practices.
- Exceptional project management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Mode or similar BI tools.
- Experience supporting BDR/SDR Ops, especially with lead routing and MQL management.
