Director, Events & Field Marketing: Defining and executing strategic event and field marketing programs designed to drive awareness, generate pipeline, and build customer relationships with an accent on integrated planning, budget ownership, and cross-functional alignment. Location: Hybrid role based out of our San Francisco office. Office attendance is required at least twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Salary: $190,000 - $210,000

What you will do
- Define and own the events and field marketing strategy, including tradeshows, first-party events, and field programs.
- Build integrated marketing plans aligned with company priorities, regional needs, and enterprise pipeline objectives.
- Manage the full events budget, forecasting, planning, and vendor strategy to maximize ROI and brand impact.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of event and field marketers, establishing scalable processes and best practices.
- Partner with Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Demand Gen, and ABM for cross-functional alignment.
- Collaborate with Marketing Ops and Finance to build attribution and measurement frameworks tied to pipeline, revenue, and expansion.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong record in planning and executing in-house and third-party events.
- 5+ years of management experience.
- Demonstrated success owning large-scale events with measurable business impact and multi-million-dollar budgets.
- Strong operations and vendor management capabilities, including contract negotiation and risk planning.
- Deep understanding of pipeline and ROI measurement frameworks for events.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and comfortable using BI tools (Looker) for reporting.
