What you will do

• Lead strategy and execution of quarterly integrated marketing plans with clear KPIs tied to pipeline and revenue.
• Partner closely with sales and business development teams to align account strategies and campaign plans.
• Analyze marketing results and make data-informed pivots to optimize program performance.
• Plan and execute high-impact in-person and virtual events including conferences, webinars, and roundtables.
• Design targeted marketing programs for priority accounts to accelerate deal progression.
• Collaborate with product marketing, demand generation, and content teams to maximize campaign impact.

Requirements

• Must have 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience with at least 4 years in field marketing for high-tech companies.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to pivot marketing strategies quickly in a quarterly planning environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong partnerships across teams.
• Proficiency with project management and CRM tools such as Asana and Salesforce.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Location: Must be based in the United States to work remotely.
