What you will do
- Lead strategy and execution of quarterly integrated marketing plans with clear KPIs tied to pipeline and revenue.
- Partner closely with sales and business development teams to align account strategies and campaign plans.
- Analyze marketing results and make data-informed pivots to optimize program performance.
- Plan and execute high-impact in-person and virtual events including conferences, webinars, and roundtables.
- Design targeted marketing programs for priority accounts to accelerate deal progression.
- Collaborate with product marketing, demand generation, and content teams to maximize campaign impact.
Requirements
- Must have 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience with at least 4 years in field marketing for high-tech companies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to pivot marketing strategies quickly in a quarterly planning environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong partnerships across teams.
- Proficiency with project management and CRM tools such as Asana and Salesforce.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Location: Must be based in the United States to work remotely.
