Location: Hybrid in London, UK with remote work allowed on Mondays and Fridays

What you will do

  • Uncover and engage passive technical talent using creative, multi-channel sourcing approaches.
  • Partner with Talent Partners and hiring leaders to develop strategic sourcing plans for specialized technical roles.
  • Map talent markets and identify hidden talent pools.
  • Manage multiple pipelines and priorities with precision.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Analyze sourcing metrics and continuously improve strategies.

Requirements

  • Must have extensive experience in technical sourcing within a fast-paced, product-led tech environment.
  • Strong familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and Welcome to the Jungle.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and report on sourcing outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
