What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for Product, Engineering, and GTM functions during a period of hypergrowth.
- Build and manage predictable talent pipelines for critical roles across Europe and beyond.
- Design and operationalize scalable recruiting processes, tools, and frameworks.
- Execute high-volume recruitment as an individual contributor.
- Partner with founders and functional leaders to define hiring strategy and needs.
- Build talent maps and maintain proactive pipelines for future leadership roles.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Lead in a fast-growing tech company.
- Deep hands-on IC experience with a track record of hiring during hypergrowth (0→50, 50→150).
- Experience building recruiting processes, structure, and guidelines from the ground up.
- Ability to context-switch across Engineering, Product, and GTM roles.
- Strong talent mapping and sourcing capabilities.
- Clear communication skills to influence and collaborate across all levels.
- This role is based out of our London office.
