What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Product, Engineering, and GTM functions during a period of hypergrowth.
• Build and manage predictable talent pipelines for critical roles across Europe and beyond.
• Design and operationalize scalable recruiting processes, tools, and frameworks.
• Execute high-volume recruitment as an individual contributor.
• Partner with founders and functional leaders to define hiring strategy and needs.
• Build talent maps and maintain proactive pipelines for future leadership roles.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Lead in a fast-growing tech company.
• Deep hands-on IC experience with a track record of hiring during hypergrowth (0→50, 50→150).
• Experience building recruiting processes, structure, and guidelines from the ground up.
• Ability to context-switch across Engineering, Product, and GTM roles.
• Strong talent mapping and sourcing capabilities.
• Clear communication skills to influence and collaborate across all levels.
• This role is based out of our London office.
