What you will do
- Contribute to recruitment targets within agreed timeframes and quality standards.
- Improve search strategies and tools for effective candidate sourcing.
- Conduct candidate research via relevant tools and channels, and coordinate processes with headhunters.
- Participate in recruitment and employer branding activities.
- Manage stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor within the business.
- Ensure sufficient planning and organization of work, meeting deadlines and completing administration duties.
Requirements
- 2-4 years Tech Recruitment experience, in-house recruitment preferred.
- Adept at sourcing both active and passive candidates.
- Comfortable with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and various job boards.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Able to meet KPI targets and metrics.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
