What you will do

• Own full lifecycle recruitment for senior non-engineering roles across multiple departments.
• Partner with hiring managers and organizational leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Manage recruiting funnels diligently using Ashby.
• Proactively source and recruit top senior GTM talent.
• Lead talent projects to optimize recruitment efficiency and ownership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at high growth technology companies.
• Experience managing high volume senior level recruitment desks in hyper growth startups or scale-ups.
• Strong consultative partnership skills with leadership teams.
• Ability to thrive in rapidly evolving and ambiguous environments.
• Location: Hybrid work in Toronto, New York, or London.
• English proficiency: at least B2 level.
