What you will do

• Source, engage, and convert top engineering and product talent, especially in fintech and Python & React ecosystems.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to understand role requirements and build inclusive hiring strategies.
• Drive creative outreach campaigns and build talent pipelines using LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Support employer branding efforts through engaging job ads and tech culture content.
• Manage a smooth, high-quality candidate experience from first contact to offer.
• Optimize hiring processes, tools, and metrics as the team scales.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in London and work onsite at least 3 days a week
• 2-4 years experience as an in-house technical recruiter, ideally hiring engineers or product managers in fintech or Python/React environments.
• Strong sourcing skills with a creative, persistent, and data-informed approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Genuine interest in technology and understanding of engineering and product teams.
• Experience contributing to employer branding initiatives.
