Location: Remote within Europe, covering Northern Europe (Nordics, Baltics, Poland)

What you will do

  • Drive regional expansion by acquiring new Enterprise clients in Northern Europe commercial segment
  • Engage executive buyers including CMOs and Heads of Digital with value selling
  • Build and implement go-to-market plans to maximize revenue in assigned territory
  • Collaborate with BDR and Partner teams in outbound sales activities
  • Lead customers through sales journey and product presentations
  • Negotiate commercial offers and navigate legal/procurement processes in complex B2B SaaS sales

Requirements

  • Must be a native Danish, Swedish, or Finnish speaker with strong English proficiency
  • 3+ years proven SaaS solution selling experience as Account Executive
  • Proven success closing large and complex SaaS Enterprise deals over $50k
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like Challenger Sales, SPIN, Sandler, MEDDIC
  • Ability to build and nurture client relationships and switch messaging between technical and marketing audiences
  • Willingness to travel within assigned Northern Europe region
