TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS/Sports): Driving new business growth for an AI-powered SaaS platform across South Europe, owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Focus on building relationships with sports organizations, managing pipelines, and ensuring strong regional growth.

Location: Remote within South Europe, with regular travel to client sites and industry events. We welcome candidates located in France, Spain, Portugal, or Italy.

What you will do

  • Lead the full sales process from discovery to close for deals up to $200K ARR in South Europe.
  • Deliver tailored demos and presentations to demonstrate platform value.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within sports clubs, leagues, and federations.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Manage forecasting, deal hygiene, and CRM accuracy for data-driven reporting.
  • Represent hirify.global at industry events to strengthen brand visibility in South Europe.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years in B2B SaaS sales or within the sports/media industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluent in English and at least one of the key regional languages (French, Spanish, or Italian; proficiency in more than one is a strong plus).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple opportunities independently.
  • Must be located in France, Spain, Portugal, or Italy.
