What you will do

  • Drive business development and close high-value enterprise deals across global biotech and biopharma.
  • Own strategic accounts, focusing on large global players including top 10 pharma companies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, ML, engineering, and customer success teams on complex projects.
  • Provide market feedback to inform product direction and roadmap priorities.
  • Build a personal brand in biotech and AI-for-science by engaging with scientists and executives globally.
  • Improve sales playbooks and processes to scale enterprise sales in a startup environment.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US East Coast or able to work remotely from this region.
  • Advanced degree in life sciences or equivalent experience with biotech/pharma R&D teams.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record exceeding quotas.
  • Ability to translate technical topics into business value for R&D stakeholders and executives.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and capable of building sales playbooks from scratch.
  • Strong listening skills, curiosity, and humility in learning.

Nice to have

  • Strong business network in biotech/pharma on the US East Coast.
  • Domain knowledge in machine learning or its life sciences applications.
  • Experience at a B2B growth-stage startup.
  • Background as bioinformatician or wet lab scientist in industrial or academic settings.
