What you will do
- Lead a highly skilled team of Account Executives to drive year-over-year sales growth.
- Lead and evaluate quarterly detailed account planning processes for each account.
- Execute value-based solution-selling strategies and empower teams to meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers and influencers.
- Actively measure and evaluate the performance of Account Executives, providing coaching and leadership.
- Partner with Business Partners to attract, recruit, build, and develop a team of top-performing sales professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Required, Master's Degree Preferred.
- 10+ years of combined selling and sales leadership experience in the SaaS, Technology, or Data & Analytics industry.
- Demonstrated success with driving new and existing multimillion-dollar engagements in a complex, changing environment.
- Proven ability to manage a team that instills a strong belief in achieving goals and focuses on preparedness.
- Ability to rapidly assess client environments and effectively prioritize opportunities for growth.
- Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills.
