What you will do
- Manage and drive growth through distribution revenue streams including recurring revenue programs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners to ensure mutual success.
- Create and lead long-term strategic plans with distributors and forecast accurately.
- Recruit, onboard, and enable partners with training and certification programs.
- Collaborate with marketing to create programs and events to drive new customer pipeline.
- Support internal teams including finance and supply chain to maintain positive distributor account status.
Requirements

- Proven experience in distribution account management and driving sales growth.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
