What you will do

• Own the product vision and strategy for multiple SDS tooling projects across their lifecycle.
• Translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear opportunities and measurable outcomes for partners.
• Capture and validate requirements, develop roadmaps, conduct analysis, and define critical metrics.
• Define and track key success criteria (e.g., adoption, efficiency gains, user satisfaction).
• Support agile planning by coordinating sprint cycles, backlog refinement, and release schedules.
• Regularly communicate progress, outcomes, and risks to leadership, executives, and customers.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of product management experience, ideally with technical tools, platforms, or pipelines.
• Strong ability to balance strategic vision with practical delivery.
• Able to build positive relationships cross-functionally between studios, engineers, and partners.
• Skillful communicator, able to translate technical issues to non-technical audiences and vice versa.
• Passion for game development and the tooling that enables teams to do their best creative work.
• Can explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in AAA game development or publishing pipelines.
• Familiarity with content creation tools, automation frameworks, or resource management systems.
• Background in both product and project management roles, ideally in technical organizations.
• Loves to solve tough problems.
