Salary: $191,300—$258,700 CAD annually

What you will do

• Define and evangelize the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for sharing and virality across platforms.
• Own end-to-end sharing experiences including UX, access management, and receiver flows across frontend and backend.
• Simplify complex sharing flows balancing default and advanced user capabilities.
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, research, and product leaders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Make high-impact product decisions aligned with senior leadership and executives.
• Communicate product perspectives clearly to stakeholders and executive teams.

Requirements

• Must have 8–10+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex user-facing systems at scale.
• Strong systems thinking and technical proficiency to collaborate with engineering on complex architectures.
• Experience using data, metrics, and experimentation to drive product decisions.
• Proven leadership of large cross-functional teams and strategic alignment across organizations.
• Exceptional communication skills including executive-level storytelling and alignment.
• Strong customer focus delivering simple, intuitive experiences in complex domains.

• Experience with sharing, permissions, and access control.
• Designing and optimizing virality loops or network effects in large-scale products.
• Background in trust & safety or permissions-heavy domains.
