What you will do
- Lead global strategy and execution for operational excellence in design workflows and systems.
- Build and scale programs to elevate design practices including training and onboarding.
- Drive operational improvements to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
- Research and implement innovative tools including AI to enhance collaboration and productivity.
- Create scalable documentation and playbooks to standardize design processes.
- Define success metrics and foster a positive, inclusive team culture.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada, preferably Toronto.
- At least 7 years of experience in UX Design or related fields with influence in large matrix organizations.
- Deep understanding of agile collaboration between product, engineering, and design teams.
- Experience implementing and scaling operational programs like Dual Track Agile.
- Strong organizational, communication skills, and tech proficiency including AI tools, Jira, Figma, Miro.
