What you will do

• Lead global strategy and execution for operational excellence in design workflows and systems.
• Build and scale programs to elevate design practices including training and onboarding.
• Drive operational improvements to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
• Research and implement innovative tools including AI to enhance collaboration and productivity.
• Create scalable documentation and playbooks to standardize design processes.
• Define success metrics and foster a positive, inclusive team culture.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada, preferably Toronto.
• At least 7 years of experience in UX Design or related fields with influence in large matrix organizations.
• Deep understanding of agile collaboration between product, engineering, and design teams.
• Experience implementing and scaling operational programs like Dual Track Agile.
• Strong organizational, communication skills, and tech proficiency including AI tools, Jira, Figma, Miro.
