Talent Partner, Sourcer (LegalTech): Scaling Engineering, Product, Design, and Business teams by uncovering and engaging exceptional talent with an accent on top-of-funnel strategy and execution, driving proactive outreach, and delivering strong candidate pipelines. Focus on identifying market trends, optimizing sourcing performance through data, and building from the ground up in a fast-moving environment.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, with hubs also in Toronto.

Salary: $100,000–$130,000

What you will do

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Build and maintain robust pipelines of high-caliber candidates using advanced tools.
  • Analyze market trends, talent pools, and competitive intelligence.
  • Represent the hirify.global brand with professionalism in all candidate interactions.
  • Track and improve sourcing performance through data analysis.

Requirements

  • Proven success sourcing for technical roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Expertise in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Github, and Boolean/X-ray search.
  • Strong research skills and a data-informed approach.
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly in dynamic settings.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Action-oriented with a focus on ownership and delivering results.
