- Track and improve sourcing performance through data analysis.
Requirements
- Proven success sourcing for technical roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Expertise in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Github, and Boolean/X-ray search.
- Strong research skills and a data-informed approach.
- Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly in dynamic settings.
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
- Action-oriented with a focus on ownership and delivering results.
