Salary: $180,000 – $200,000 base + bonus, plus $200,000 in equity

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruiting for technical roles across Engineering, AI/ML, Product, Platform, DevOps, and Security
• Partner closely with founders and senior technical leaders on role definition and hiring strategy
• Build high-quality pipelines through proactive sourcing and targeted outreach
• Run rigorous, founder-level screening conversations focused on signal and depth
• Maintain an extremely high bar—optimize for long-term builders, not short-term hires
• Design structured interview loops and help drive hiring decisions

Requirements

• 4–8 years of technical recruiting experience in a similar environment
• Startup/scale-up experience, ideally Series B–D
• Experience recruiting GTM talent for AI or Customer Experience companies
• Ability to work directly with founders and senior technical leaders
• Willingness to be on-site in Palo Alto
