- Own the full recruiting lifecycle for Engineering and Machine Learning roles, from sourcing to closing.
- Partner strategically with CTO and Engineering leadership to understand hiring priorities.
- Source passive candidates and build strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
- Drive inclusive recruiting practices that attract diverse talent and create equitable hiring experiences.
- Enhance employer brand by representing hirify.global's mission and culture to the technical community.
- Provide data-driven insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruiting metrics.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience at fast-growing startups or high-growth technology companies.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting senior-level Engineering and Machine Learning talent in competitive markets.
- Strategic partnership skills as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
- Strong project management abilities to juggle multiple priorities and manage stakeholder expectations.
- ATS proficiency with hands-on experience using and optimizing recruiting technology and tools.
- Passion for healthcare technology and understanding of how AI can transform patient outcomes.
