Salary: $180,000 – $200,000 base + bonus, plus $200,000 in equity

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles with high accountability
• Partner with founders and executive leadership to align hiring with growth goals
• Build high-signal pipelines through proactive sourcing and referrals
• Run selective, high-bar interview processes ensuring strong candidate experience
• Operate independently as a founding member of the talent function

Requirements

• 4–8 years recruiting experience in startup or scale-up environments
• Experience recruiting GTM talent for AI or Customer Experience companies
• Willingness to be on-site in Palo Alto
• Proven ability to work directly with founders and senior leaders
• Self-managed and outcome-oriented mindset
