What you will do

  • Build and nurture senior client relationships including C-suite and transformation leaders.
  • Own commercial performance and growth strategy of a multi-million-pound client portfolio.
  • Lead account strategy planning and align global delivery teams around shared vision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft impactful digital experience and transformation solutions.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery and provide strategic escalation support to maintain client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Must have 10+ years experience in senior client relationship roles within digital consultancies or transformation organizations.
  • Proven expertise in travel, hospitality, or leisure sectors working with airlines, hotels, or travel platforms.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience, booking platforms, loyalty, personalization, and omnichannel journeys.
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships and influence at executive level.
  • Experience managing multi-million revenue portfolios and leading account planning and forecasting.
  • Comfortable working in global matrixed organizations and collaborating across diverse teams.
