- Build and nurture senior client relationships including C-suite and transformation leaders.

- Ensure high-quality delivery and provide strategic escalation support to maintain client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must have 10+ years experience in senior client relationship roles within digital consultancies or transformation organizations.
- Proven expertise in travel, hospitality, or leisure sectors working with airlines, hotels, or travel platforms.
- Strong understanding of customer experience, booking platforms, loyalty, personalization, and omnichannel journeys.
- Ability to build trust-based relationships and influence at executive level.
- Experience managing multi-million revenue portfolios and leading account planning and forecasting.
- Comfortable working in global matrixed organizations and collaborating across diverse teams.
