TL;DR

What you will do

  • Develop and manage integration task sequences aligned with product owner and lab backlog.
  • Catalogue and manage dependencies between teams and external partners.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure delivery pace and resolve blockers.
  • Manage complex, high-risk implementations requiring multi-party integration.
  • Provide governance expertise and coordinate medium to long-term work schedules.
  • Develop personal capabilities and coach others as needed.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid with 40% presence in Edinburgh office
  • Strong experience in digital transformation and cloud migration delivery.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in planning, tracking, reporting, governance, and financial management.
  • Proactive risk management and data-driven decision making.
  • English language proficiency: B2 or higher

Nice to have

  • Experience with Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, Figma, and ServiceNow.
