What you will do

• Lead medium to large projects or workstreams, defining scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Manage delivery of RFPs and present outcomes to project and programme governance bodies.
• Plan and control project budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders to translate objectives into measurable benefits.
• Coach and support team members in change management and project delivery best practices.
• Ensure compliance with data and security processes throughout project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work in the UK
• Experience delivering complex change projects with competing priorities.
• Strong project governance and SDLC knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Formal project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) desirable.
• Degree level education or equivalent preferred.
